Hello AutoCrib Customers, we are proud to introduce you to our new portal! To check out our new portal please use the following link.
Some things to know before using the new portal:
- An email containing details on our new portal has been sent to existing customers registered to our portal.
- The new portal is compatible with mobile and desktop browsers.
- This new portal has access to new articles and tools to help you to quickly resolve AutoCrib related issues. We are open to receiving your feedback on how to better the new portal and make it a great experience for everyone.
- You will now create Technical Support cases and chat with Technical Support agents from the new Support Portal.
- For additional assistance you may still reach us via portal case creation links, chat, or by phone. Our standard hours of operation remain (Monday - Friday from 5am - 4pm PST)
